Legal
The artist, retain the right at any time to refuse a commission request by a person(s) or refuse to continue a commission for any reason. If the commission is not completed but paid for in full, there will be up to a 50% refund of the total commission price depending on how far in the commission process it is at the time of dissolution.
A client/commissioner may request to discontinue the commission at any time but understands that any deposit is non-refundable and that the refunded amount is dependent upon how much of the commission is completed at the time of their stopping the process. Additionally, if a client has not paid in full, but decides to end the commission, there may be additional charges incurred dependent upon how much of the commission is completed.
The commission becomes forfeit if the client becomes unreachable for a period longer then a month (30 days) without telling the artist before hand about said absence or after 3 non-responses to e-mails from the artist checking in (this may be flexible depending upon conditions). If the client contacts the artist again after a period of non-activity, they understand that additional charges to finish the commission may be incurred and that the artist is under no obligation to continue the commission unless those charges are paid. The artist may agree to waive said fees in certain circumstances.
That being said the artist very flexible and easy to get along with and is not without a heart so there are circumstances under which some of the above may be waived. Generally, the artist gets along very well with all her clients, to read some feedback on her, please visit either the testimonals page or here . If you have any questions or wish to discuss any of the above, please do not hesitate to e-mail her about anything in the above information.
